Our baby crib and baby chair material is imported New Zealand pine wood. When New Zealand pine wood is made into baby furniture, it can fully show the authenticity, weight and natural beauty of the material.
New Zealand pine baby furniture does not have too much decoration, it looks more simple and unpretentious, and the lifelike texture is more natural. The baby product is not only practical but also durable.
Q3: Can I only order one piece for my baby?
- A: Sorry, we’re not the retailer, thus only 1pc order isn’t acceptable.
Q4: How can your guarantee your quality?
- A: Firstly all of our baby furniture products meet/exceeds Australia/NewZealand, Europe/British, ASTM standards.
Secondly, all of baby products are guaranteed within 24months for any quality problems. if some damage caused by rough handle, we will resend the parts of bed for you by free.
Thirdly, you may order one sample to check the quality before order. When mass production finished, you can arrange 3rd party like SGS, TUV.. to make the goods inspection between initial sample and mass goods.
Q5: How can I get a sample to check the quality?
- A: You may order it on Alibaba directly and sample charge is 2times (refunded after the order). Shipping costs can be paid collect or you arrange some shipping companies to pick it up.
Q6: Can I customize our products?
- A: Yes, we can provide OEM/ODM service, like we can customize your logo. prodcuts size, color and shipping mark.
Q7: Can I visit your factory before ordering?
- A: Yes, you’ll be welcomed in both our NB office and QD factory, just let me know your schedule in advance.
Q8: What's your MOQ?
- A: About 50 pcs. Because the order quantity of the baby product is too less, the shipping fee will be high.
Q9: Can I have some smaller orders firstly to check quality?
